Puffin Books Virtually Live is a series of free interactive webcasts from Puffin's bestselling authors.

Every year, as part of the celebrations for Roald Dahl Day, Puffin Virtually Live hosts a special Roald Dahl-themed event, broadcasting to schools and children across the world.

In 2017, Puffin Virtually Live took take place on Wednesday 13 September, with schools around the world getting their Roald Dahl Day party started!

The show included:        

  • Quentin Blake talking about his illustration process
  • YouTube inventor Colin Furze hunting the Gruncher
  • Steve Gardam, Director of the Roald Dahl Museum and Story Centre, opening the archive doors and revealing some rare Roald Dahl treasures
