Rachel Khoo is the latest Penguin Random House chef to be inspired by Mr Willy Wonka and 50 years of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory - check out her whipple-scrumptious Just Desserts recipe for Salted Caramel Walnut Clusters.
Rachel's tasty recipe takes its inspiration from Veruca Salt's experiences in the Nut Room with those squirrels... (who, incidentally, became Geese with Golden Eggs in the 1971 film adaptation Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.)
Unlike Veruca and her parents, though, we don't think these delicious salted caramel clusters will be going down the rubbish chute...
