Tuesday 29th May
11.30am and 2.00pm
The Roald Dahl Museum, Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire
Walk in the steps of Roald Dahl, explore in the woods that inspired Fantastic Mr Fox and Danny the Champion of the World and take in views of the stunning local Chilterns countryside.
Head out for a family-friendly walk with a Museum guide. Zip through the High Street then head to the countryside on the Museum's doorstep. Your guide will tell you about the books inspired by the local scenery and you'll get a unique insight into Roald Dahl's life in the village. You'll also be able to listen to some extracts of Dahl's books in the places that inspired them too. Pretty magical!
