The Roald Dahl Museum, Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire
Roll on up for one of Science Oxford's all time most popular and addictive challenges! At this workshop budding engineers will harness the forces of friction and gravity to design their own marble maze. Using a range of materials, they'll work out how to make a marble roll as slowly as possible down a slope, without getting stuck along the way. It's a fantastic activity for developing problem solving skills in a really fun and creative way that adults can get stick into as well.
