Saturday 28th December
12.00pm, 1.30pm and 3.00pm
The Roald Dahl Museum, Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire
Lots of Roald Dahl’s books are set in magical landscapes and inspired by fairytales, including the poems in the book Revolting Rhymes.
You’ll discover some of the fairytales of the unexpected that reside in the pages of this book, before creating your own 3D landscape. You’ll use lots of marvellous materials to fill your own tray; make tremendous beanstalks out of twigs or frozen lakes out of cellophane. Or be inspired by our Museum forest in the courtyard to create your own special scene – anything goes, and the more marvellous and unexpected, the better!
Times: 12.00pm, 1.30pm and 3.00pm
Cost: £4 per participant. Adults are welcome to pay to make their own. Price does not include Museum entry which you will also need to book to take part in the workshop.
