Wednesday 28th August
12.00pm, 1.30pm and 3.00pm
The Roald Dahl Museum, Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire
Meet author Kate Scott and find out about her brilliant book Just Jack, as well as Roald Dahl's classic tale James and the Giant Peach.
You'll find out a few things these stories have in common - like some super inventive thinking.
You'll then come up with zany inventions yourself and imagine a disgusting crafty menu inspired by both books. Brussles sprout ice cream anyone?
A warm and funny story about making new friends and being yourself. Just Jack was shortlisted for the North Somerset Teachers’ Book Awards 2018 and has also been shortlisted for the Portsmouth Shorter Novel Book Award 2019.
