UPDATE Jan 2021:
If you are able to, you can make a donation to the Museum via PayPal here. Any donation you are able to make will help us continue our work of preserving Roald Dahl's archive for everyone, and to inspire future generations to unlock their own stories.
--------------
Tickets for December have sold out, however there may be last-minute cancellations which will first be offered to those on the waiting list, then re-released online. Check availability or see our FAQ's for information about how to join the waiting list.
Tickets for 16th January to 7th February are not sold out, however have not yet been released onto general sale. We will release these as soon as possible, so please check back for updates.
The Museum is now open for gloriumptious Guided Visits only. Please book your tickets at least 24 hours in advance online; it won’t be possible to buy tickets on the door.
If you see a message that says 'There are no seats available' or 'No tickets were found matching your filter criteria', this means that tickets for that date are sold out (with the exception of 16th January to 7th February; please see note above). Please try another date or see our FAQs for information about how to join the waiting list.
Every visit will be NEW way to experience and enjoy the Roald Dahl Museum safely with your family. All visits will be led by an expert guide, for just you and the group you choose to visit with. See our re-opening pages for full details.
Visits will start every half hour from 10am to 4pm. These will usually take place from Thursday to Sunday, with additional days available during school holidays.
You can buy Museum admission in advance up to 24 hours in advance online.
If you need to speak to someone about your booking please call 01494 892192. We currently have limited staff onsite so you may have to leave a message and we'll get back to you. Please do book your tickets online if you are able. To use a NGT service call 18001 01494 892192.
We are unable to take bookings on the same day, or onsite at the Museum, please book in advance online.
You can add Takeaway Lunch Boxes (£8 adult, £6 children) or Afternoon Tea Boxes (£12 each) onto your order online or over the phone. These will then be ready to pick up after your visit. For more information see our Cafe page.
If you’re able to you can donate extra tickets when you book (like bringing your imaginary friends!). We really, really hope you do: opening the Museum with guided tours is the best and safest experience we can offer, but it hugely restricts our capacity; we estimate to around 15% of what was normal. We hope you can be as generous as possible to keep the Museum open until we can welcome visitors in greater numbers once again.
