Advice for supporters during COVID-19

If you are a supporter or have questions during this uncertain time, please get in touch.

Guidance for our supporters during COVID-19

Do you still need donations?
Yes, in these uncertain times your support is more important than ever. No matter what happens over the coming months, the need for seriously ill children’s care and support won’t go away. More than ever our communities must rally together to support the most vulnerable and most affected by this situation.

We rely on donations from everybody – businesses, community groups and people like you to continue caring. Please support in any way you can.

I want to help Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity, what can I do?
In this time of uncertainty, your support is needed more than ever. There are lots of ways that you can continue to support us from your home, regardless of the changes Coronavirus poses to everyday life, including:

• Give a donation
• Set up a monthly gift

I’m organising a fundraising event for Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity, what should I do?
This is a constantly evolving situation, so our advice would be to follow the latest advice from the Government. If you need any support please contact our Supporter Care team at enquiries@roalddahlcharity.org or call 01494 890465.

I’ve signed up to a public event for Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity (e.g. London Marathon, RideLondon) what will happen to that event?
Our advice is to follow the advice the event organisers give to participants. They will themselves make decisions based on Government advice.

Thank you for continuing to support us during this uncertain time.
