Fantabulous photos from the Roald Dahl Day party at the Roald Dahl Museum in Buckinghamshire, from marvellous magic to giant balloon animals.
The Museum welcomed almost 600 people for their Roald Dahl Day party on Sunday 13 September. There was a great, laid-back, celebratory atmosphere as visitors took part in the hilarious 10 Books in 10 Minutes performances, had their faces painted and enjoyed magic and balloon modelling in the courtyard.
The balloon modeller was brilliant at making the most obscure characters... Crafts were fab and my son came out inspired to write his own book. Highlight of the day was definitely the 10 stories in 10 minutes - there's not one person who left that room without laughing.
