Visit our great little award-winning Museum, situated in the Buckinghamshire village where Roald Dahl lived and wrote for 36 years.
The Museum, aimed at 6 to 12 year olds, features three interactive galleries. Boy gallery looks at Roald Dahl's school days while Solo gallery houses his original Writing Hut. The Story Centre puts your imagination centre-stage with fantabulous activities to inspire the writer in you.
As well as three interactive galleries you can enjoy free drop-in crafts every day (closed most Mondays), and free storytelling at weekends and during the Buckinghamshire school holidays.
Additionally we run a packed programme of fun and lively workshops that are pre-bookable. Some of these incur a small charge; take a look at our What's On pages for full listings. These events can be booked by calling 01494 892192.
So much hands-on, I don't think my feet can keep up!
