This Roald Dahl Day, we invite you to host your own Roald Dahl Day Party and raise much needed funds for Roald Dahl's Marvellous Children's Charity.
We help families facing serious illness overcome life’s toughest challenges by funding Roald Dahl Nurses and Marvellous Family Grants. By donating, you can help more families access specialist children's nurses and family support. Help seriously ill children, young people and their families lead a marvellous life with your Roald Day Day party.
Roald Dahl Day is an annual celebration of the World's Number One Storyteller Roald Dahl. Schools, community groups, companies and individuals take part in parties across the nation to celebrate Roald Dahl and support our charity. If you're a teacher or parent, click here for more information.
This year, we're celebrating bravery, to champion the families affected by serious illness who are brave everyday. Just like Zaris, who has Sickle Cell Anemia and doesn't let her condition get in the way of her ability to lead a marvellous life, thanks to the support she receives from her Roald Dahl Nurse Edith. Zaris played Matilda in the West End musical version of Roald Dahl's much-loved story.
