The Twelve Days of Twitmas performance

Photos from the Museum’s annual late night Christmas opening as part of Great Missenden’s Christmas Festival - this year with a Twitmas theme.

Visitors were treated to a Twit-filled kick-off for Christmas last Saturday when the Museum opened it's doors for free. Highlights of the evening were making Twitmas Eye Baubles, trying some treats in Cafe Twit and special offers in the Shop.

Performances of the Night Before Twitmas, featuring Mr and Mrs Twit and Verucca Salt, were extremely popular and ended with a festive rendition of the Twelve Days of Twitmas (find the lyrics for your very own sing-a-long here!).

The late night opening is part of the Great Missenden Village Christmas Festival which sees the High Street closed and packed with stalls, plus special events and carols and the village light switch on.
